新手友好路线，走 1 号路上山，全程约 4 小时，中途在半山腰茶屋歇脚。 山顶吃自带便当或在茶屋点乌冬。下山后有兴趣的可以一起去京王高尾山温泉泡汤再回市区。 装备：运动鞋即可，不需要登山靴。带 1L 水。
